Message from YOUR MOTHER OF MERCY

To THE WORLD

September 24, 2005 through Chris Courtis, a visionary in Maryland, U.S.A.

My dear little children, praised be Jesus!

My dear children, today, like never before, do I call you to the mercy of God.  In order to receive the mercy of God, little ones, I desire you to be merciful and to perform acts of mercy and charity out of love for others.  Little children, before you can perform acts of mercy for one another, you must first love God with all your mind, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.

And then, little ones, after loving God, you must love yourselves the way God loves you.  Oh, dear children, I know how you see yourselves.  For some, pride must be extinguished.  For others, you must have hope.  My little children, you must have hope in God.  You must realize that you are too hard on yourselves and that God is a merciful, loving God.  Realize that you are sons and daughters of God, made in His image.  So you have sinned, if you go to Confession and receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation, God will be merciful to you and you will be forgiven your sins.  Oh, little children, there is nothing too extreme that cannot be forgiven, but only if you accept God’s mercy and repent.  Therefore, love yourselves, see yourselves the way God sees you, as a special son and daughter of God.  Remember, my little ones, there is only one of you and there can only be one of you.

I love you, little children, and I desire you to practice mercy.  Therefore, after loving yourselves, I desire you to be charitable.  If you have money, then donate some.  There are so many churches who need your help, financial help and support.  If you cannot donate money, you can donate your time.

Oh, little ones, what is this world in comparison to eternity in Heaven?  This life is so very short.  Do not waste your time in acts of hate, greed, and vengeance.  Instead, grow closer to the heart of the Father through my Immaculate Heart, and love yourselves, and love others.  When you are able to love others, you can actively participate in the works of mercy.  Donate your time.  Be loving and merciful to others.  Remember, there are so many people in need in various ways.  Some need a word of encouragement.  Some need only to be heard.  Some need help in other ways.  You can clothe the naked, feed the hungry, and console the sorrowful but only if you open yourself up to this.

Little, children, I desire to give to you another saint, St. Mother Elizabeth Ann Seton.  She is an apostle also of charity and mercy.  Love one another and help one another.  In order to help one another, I ask you not to judge and criticize others.  Instead, love and pray for each other.  Use the Rosary as a means of mercy.  Pray for anyone you come in contact with or anyone who asks for your prayers.  I instead invite you to focus on other people’s needs instead of yourselves, and that includes in prayer.  Don’t always pray for yourself or for your own needs.  God hears you.  God knows you.  God will grant you what you ask for, in His time and according to His Will.  Instead, pray for others.  If somebody has asked for your prayers, then sincerely pray for them with all your heart.  Know that this is one of the purest forms of prayer and they are always heard and always granted.  Perhaps it is in this way that God will help you in your life. →

Therefore, dear children, be charitable and always be open to others, day and night, like

St. Mother Elizabeth Ann Seton was.  She was always there, always waiting, always willing to give a helping hand at any hour of the day.  Also remember, little children, it is not what you say but what you do with your time that is important.  I, like my Son, desire you to perform acts of mercy before the Feast of Mother of Mercy on May 25th.

Dear children, remember what my Son has said.  This also applies for you today.  You are to show mercy to your neighbors always and everywhere.  You must not shrink from this or try to excuse yourself from this.  I demand from you deeds of mercy which are to arise out of love for me and your neighbors.  This will help you to understand the Mother of Mercy devotion better.

Take Mother Elizabeth Ann Seton as your patron saint.  Learn from her and grow.

Charity is a way of life!  If you are not charitable to others, God will not be charitable to you.  He will shower you with graces, but it is unlikely that you will receive them.  It is only you who can be the extended hand of God’s mercy.  He acts through you.  Therefore, live also as Mother Teresa of Calcutta lived, by seeing Jesus in every soul. The poor and the unfortunate, they are all children of God.

I love you, dear children, be respectful of others and love one another.  You do not always have to accept or agree with what they say to you, but as an act of mercy and as a general rule, respect must be given.  If you give respect, love and mercy to others, God will grace you with the same.  He loves you, little children, and He respects your freedom of will and your prayers.  Respect others in the same way, unconditionally and with a heart of love.

Love, love, love!  If you love with all your heart, you shall be merciful.  I love you, dear children, and all I can do is encourage you to love.  I cannot force you, but I can tell you that if you love with all your heart, you will receive the gift of joy and mercy, but only if you love and are willing to suffer for love of Jesus and for your fellow men.

Bless you, my little children.  I bless you in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and I take your petitions into my heart and I will present them to the throne of God the Father and again with my Son whom I hold in my arms.  As I make the Sign of the Cross again, I shall depart.  I shall depart, my little children, but I shall always remain with you when, and especially when, you pray.  And as I depart, I shall bless you again and as I bless you, I shall bless everything that is on the altar, under the altar, near the altar, by the altar, everything in this room, including you yourselves, I will bless, and have blessed, and will bless again, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Before I depart, I also desire you to know God desires you to make the Sign of the Cross slowly and reverently for it is also through the Cross that you receive abundant graces and mercy.  Thank you for having responded to my call.  Now go, my dear little angels, in the great love, peace, joy, and mercy of God Most High. Ad Deum.
